'Saksham' is a CSR initiative by 'Claridges Hotels & Resorts'

The program was devised to employ women from downtrodden backgrounds as security officers. They train them and hence empower them with a skill that will get them a job in the future also. And, hence they chose the name - Saksham, which means capable.

 

The logo was designed keeping this background in mind.
